Terms of Use

The rules of Saymila, in plain words. They apply as soon as you create an account.

Last updated: November 2, 2026

The service

Saymila is an iPhone keyboard that transcribes your voice and cleans up the text with artificial intelligence. It is published by Guillaume Le Coz.

Your account

You need an Apple or Google account. You are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete it at any time in the app.

Plans

Each dictation or rewrite counts as at least 10 words. The counter resets every Monday at midnight, Paris time.

To protect the service, the Pro plan keeps a very high technical ceiling (currently 200,000 words per week), and automated use or use shared between several people may be limited.

Quotas may change. If the quota of your paid plan goes down, you are told in advance and can cancel.

Subscriptions

Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions, bought on the App Store and charged to your Apple account. The price is shown in the app before you buy.

The subscription renews automatically every month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Deleting your Saymila account does not cancel the subscription: remember to do it in Settings.

Apple’s standard license agreement also applies to the app.

Fair use

Do not use Saymila for anything illegal, or to get around the quotas (multiple accounts, scripts). In case of abuse, we may suspend an account.

Artificial intelligence

The text is rewritten by artificial intelligence: it may contain mistakes. Read it before sending it; you remain responsible for what you publish.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service running, without being able to guarantee it: maintenance, outages at OpenAI or at our hosting provider.

Changes

These terms may change. Important changes are announced in the app.
